Judaism beyond Nationalism

We are Jewish families, friends, and allies in and around Lower Merion and Narberth. We're building Jewish community rooted in ritual, connection, and a genuine commitment to justice, equality, and care for our planet—drawing on core values at the heart of our tradition: tikkun olam (repairing the world), tzedek (justice), and emet (truth).

We take inspiration from Jewish traditions and movements that have always understood solidarity as central to Jewish life—including the General Jewish Labour Bund and the prophetic tradition of speaking truth to power.

We're part of a growing call for new Jewish institutions—coming together at a moment when Jewish identity is too often treated as synonymous with political Zionism, and when speaking up for Palestinian freedom, dignity, and self-determination can mean facing criticism and silencing from within our own communities.
